A cost-sharing arrangement in which manufacturers and retailers jointly fund advertising to promote products (Co-op Advertising)

Split by agreed-upon percentage of total spend

Example

A cereal brand and Kroger share costs for a back-to-school flyer promoting family-size cereal boxes.
