Group Advertising

Definition

A collaborative advertising effort in which multiple brands, manufacturers, or retailers share space within a single advertisement, typically to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Group advertising is commonly used in retailer circulars, digital ads, or co-op programs.

How It's Calculated

Example

A grocery retailer features several packaged food brands together in a weekly circular, with each brand contributing to the cost of the group advertisement.
