Numeric Distribution

Definition

The percentage of stores in a universe that carry a given product (Numeric Distribution)

How It's Calculated

(Stores carrying product ÷ Total stores) × 100

Example

If 500 of 1,000 supermarkets stock a cereal brand → 50% Numeric Distribution.
