On-time in Full (OTIF)

Definition

A service level metric that measures the ability to deliver orders on time and in the complete quantity requested, without shortages or delays. OTIF is used to evaluate supply chain reliability and fulfillment performance.

How It's Calculated

(Number of orders delivered on time and in full ÷ Total number of orders) × 100

Example

A manufacturer delivers 95 out of 100 orders on time and in full to retailers, resulting in an OTIF score of 95%, indicating strong fulfillment performance.
