Operating Margin

Definition

A profitability ratio showing operating income as a percentage of net revenue (Operating Margin)

How It's Calculated

(Operating profit ÷ Net revenue) × 100

Example

If operating profit = $8M and net revenue = $80M → Operating Margin = 10%.
