Definition
A supply chain metric measuring whether shipments arrive by the scheduled time and contain the full order (On Time In Full, OTIF)
How It's Calculated
(# of deliveries meeting criteria ÷ Total deliveries) × 100
Example
Walmart requires 95% OTIF; if a snack brand ships late, fines may apply.
