Repeat Purchase Rate

Definition

The percentage of customers who buy a product more than once during a specific period (Repeat Purchase Rate)

How It's Calculated

(Repeat purchasers ÷ Total purchasers) × 100

Example

Out of 1,000 first-time buyers of sparkling water, 300 buy again → Repeat Purchase Rate = 30%.
