Definition
The percentage of consumers who purchase a product or brand more than once within a defined period, indicating customer retention and loyalty.
How It's Calculated
(Repeat purchasers ÷ Total purchasers) × 100
Example
Out of 1,000 first-time buyers of sparkling water, 300 buy again → Repeat Purchase Rate = 30%.
