Repeat Rate

Definition

The proportion of households that buy a product more than once within a set timeframe (Repeat Rate)

How It's Calculated

(Number of buyers with ≥2 purchases ÷ Total buyers) × 100

Example

If 10M households purchase cereal and 6M return to buy again → Repeat Rate = 60%.
