Rotation List

Definition

A list of products or SKUs scheduled to be added, removed, or rotated during a shelf reset or assortment change, often used to manage product turnover, seasonal items, and assortment optimization.

Example

During a category reset, a retailer uses a rotation list to remove seasonal snack items after the holidays and replace them with new product launches.
