Void

Definition

A store that should stock a product but does not currently have it on the shelf (Void)

How It's Calculated

(Number of void stores ÷ Total authorized stores) × 100

Example

A snack brand authorized in 1,000 stores finds 100 locations with no stock → 10% Voids.
